No Anon, she isn't well known on this side of the pond which was our loss.
She was very big in Britain - used to appear on BBC Radio 4 quiz shows and in the Edinburgh fringe.
She was voted Britains wittiest person.
She died this time last year. Ovarian cancer. Too young and too funny to die.
I didn't know her either but that's sad.
Isn't everything you find in the last place you look? Or do some people keep looking after they've found something?
